Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral role supporting both the Strategy team and key client initiatives for the agency. Because of our growing agency and strategy department, this role is expected to have tasks and deliverables across many areas of digital marketing, as well as digital vendor management, data analysis, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and manage website and digital marketing audits, provide training for team members, and communicate updates to all parties
  • Contribute to website and digital marketing audit planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Monitor for and answer questions from clients as they pertain to website audits
  • Assist in vendor vetting, management, and content planning
  • Serve as main point of contact to track and manage vendor content, onboarding, and training
  • Help facilitate and organize internal and client status meetings
  • Update website content and collateral both for the agency and clients
  • Complete SEO and marketing automation updates for both the agency and clients
  • Build, schedule, and report on content like blog posts, social media posts, and emails
  • Support other Strategy initiatives, both internally and for clients

Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field; previous agency experience (internship or full-time) a plus
  • Experience using and certification in Google Analytics; experience with other digital marketing tools (Google, SEO, SEM, HubSpot, and social media) and vendors a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
