Account Executive

The Account Executive will support team initiatives by pulling together insights, tactics, and big-picture thinking into brilliant strategies. This person will be responsible for executing positive client relationships, project management, budget-tracking, and timelines in a fast-paced, non-stop environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing programs from planning to launch, working with internal and external resources to facilitate on-time, accurate delivery of assigned projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including kickoff and billing
  • Provide excellent communication to internal team and clients
  • Attend internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status and planning meetings
  • Collaborate with creative, production, internal accounting, and account team members to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline agency and/or client work and processes
  • Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

  • BA degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising; preferably agency experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in activating and developing marketing programs
  • Experience with traditional and digital media preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
