Account Executive

The Account Executive will support team initiatives by pulling together insights, tactics, and big-picture thinking into brilliant strategies. This person will be responsible for executing positive client relationships, project management, budget-tracking, and timelines in a fast-paced, non-stop environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing programs from planning to launch, working with internal and external resources to facilitate on-time, accurate delivery of assigned projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including kickoff and billing
  • Provide excellent communication to internal team and clients
  • Attend internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status and planning meetings

Associate Designer

We’re looking for an Associate Designer who can produce excellent design while being a flexible and reliable teammate. The ideal candidate has a great book and great attitude. We’ll help you grow your skills and career, and you’ll work with well-known brands out of the gate in supporting the Creative team in the design of brand advertising and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create/design brand assets for advertising, social, etc.

Content Strategist

The Content Strategist’s key areas of responsibility are in creating editorial and content calendars for the agency and clients, managing content writers, and supervising the day-to-day completion and optimization of blogs, website content, and HubSpot tasks. The Content Strategist will develop holistic campaigns that increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and bring in qualified lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage editorial calendars that attract a qualified audience to client websites (including blog posts, social media, whitepapers, ebooks, emails, research, infographics, etc.)
  • Architect the flow of content around each campaign, and primarily use HubSpot to execute
  • Stay up-to-date with client industry trends, content performance metrics, and customer challenges in order to build more effective editorial calendars
  • Assist Account Services team in developing strategic creative briefs for content produced either by freelancers or in-house Creative Services team
  • Independently manage freelance writers, writing services, and your own schedule to ensure content is written, proofed, and ready for client approval according to dates set out in the editorial calendar/project plan
  • Serve as an exemplary writer and editor, writing concise, well-polished copy and making sure that all copy produced by your team meets these same standards
  • Provide insight for new business estimates and proposals and contribute in client presentations as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in content marketing and/or inbound marketing; previous agency experience a plus
  • Certified in HubSpot inbound marketing procedures and software
  • Experience using and certification in Google Analytics

The Designer will design, develop, and implement creative executions across a range of digital assets.

  • Create design concepts, sitemaps, and wireframes to outline the user experience

Requirements:

  • BA in Digital Design or a related field with a strong portfolio

Digital Asset Coordinator

The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for how vendor and company employees interact with all proprietary company digital assets. This position is part librarian, archivist, organizer, and guardian of the company’s files, photos, graphics, video, audio, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Icon and client tools and systems, including: Digital Asset Management Tools (DAM), FTP Servers, DropBox, Adobe Creative Cloud Library, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft OneDrive
  • Develop and perform processes to manage digital assets for Icon clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Intake, organize, upload, edit metadata, and archive assets and creative artwork
  • Process weekly client asset DAM uploads and metadata edits (through bulk and manual processes)
  • Collaborate with Icon team members to improve document and digital asset management
  • Manage photography, music, video, and other digital asset usage licensing and compliance

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business or equivalent analytical or technical experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in data management
  • Strong experience in MS Excel and coding spreadsheets
  • Basic Adobe program knowledge

Digital Marketing Analyst

The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role in supporting both the agency’s paid advertising efforts and data analytics needs. This position serves as the resident expert in these two areas and assists internal teams to provide clients with solutions. Because of our growing agency and strategy department, this role is expected to have tasks and deliverables at all levels, from execution to strategic team leadership.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client paid campaign set up and optimizations (Search Ads, social media, etc.)
  • Establish metrics to monitor the progress of campaigns and other related KPIs
  • Offer insights and recommendations to clients based on trends, correlations, and forecasts
  • Synthesize different points of data into presentations for clients’ understanding and translate results in a meaningful and clear way
  • Evaluate client goals and use data across all related channels to design and implement search and data strategies
  • Manage Digital Edge vendor relationship program
  • Collaborate across teams to produce high-quality deliverables that accomplish strategic goals

Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in paid digital media buying and campaign optimization

Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral role supporting both the Strategy team and key client initiatives for the agency. Because of our growing agency and strategy department, this role is expected to have tasks and deliverables across many areas of digital marketing, as well as digital vendor management, data analysis, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and manage website and digital marketing audits, provide training for team members, and communicate updates to all parties
  • Contribute to website and digital marketing audit planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Monitor for and answer questions from clients as they pertain to website audits
  • Assist in vendor vetting, management, and content planning
  • Serve as main point of contact to track and manage vendor content, onboarding, and training
  • Help facilitate and organize internal and client status meetings
  • Update website content and collateral both for the agency and clients
  • Complete SEO and marketing automation updates for both the agency and clients
  • Build, schedule, and report on content like blog posts, social media posts, and emails

Project Manager

The Project Manager works with the Client Services (Account Executive) team to ensure that deliverables make it to the client on time and within budget. While this is primarily an internal role, it may require client contact and correspondence. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives from onset of project to assist in the development of project plans, including estimates and timelines
  • Manage projects from the implementation/build-out phases (after concept approvals) through the project release
  • Assist Account Executives with tracking project costs and involved in billing and close of the project
  • Work with the Traffic Manager to determine appropriate resources and timing
  • Create and manage detailed schedules throughout the life of projects
  • Set up the project schedules, create build-out phase briefs, and manage completion of tasks (to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner) in the Advantage system
  • Lead project communication, including project kickoff meetings, frequent internal check-ins, and client communication as needed
  • Monitor and report project progress and manage roadblocks
  • Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

This person will use copy skills to elevate the work of design, UX, or tech partners. The social copywriter will write in whatever brand voice gets thrown his/her way, and isn’t afraid to become an expert in the client’s business.
