Associate Creative Director

We are an agile advertising and marketing agency located in Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati looking for a new creative leader who thinks big and executes bigger. Our ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience working with major, considered-purchase brands on shopper marketing and brand activation through traditional, digital, and emerging channels.

In addition to providing creative leadership, the candidate must possess a remarkable ability to present, advocate, and sell conceptual ideas founded on sound strategic vision to the agency team and clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Defining and executing conceptual directions and design strategies, that meet clients’ business objectives across all touch points along the path to purchase
• Developing creative solutions for traditional and digital media
• Maintaining client and team relationships at the highest levels
• Overseeing cross-functional project teams to ensure all work is delivered at the highest standard
• Accountability for multiple projects from inception to completion, including reviewing project plans, designs, and deliverables
• Presenting concepts and deliverables to the team and and client
• Providing frequent, clear, and concise communication on the status of agency and client deliverables
• Being informed and up-to-date on the latest creative trends
• Ensuring a high level of execution and implementation
• Cultivating a culture of innovation and design excellence

Required skills and experience:

• 7+ years of agency experience as an art director, design director, or associate creative director
• Deep understating of multichannel retail marketing
• Proven leadership skills with team building, mentoring, and management of creative talent
• The ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple team members, clients, and disciplines
• A passion for creativity, problem solving, and design
• Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines while handling the pressure with composure and class
