We are Icon. We’re nimble and we punch above our weight. We think big and work hard. We’re bold but never brash, crazy ambitious, confident and passionate.

We connect brands with their audiences using ideas, words and images. We do it in stores, in pixels, and in print, anywhere there are open eyes and receptive minds.

Tony Cody

I moved from NYC to the West Side when I accidentally bought the ultimate Fixer Upper in a foreclosure auction - and subsequently fell in love with Home Renovation and raising City-Chickens.  I’ve also fallen in love with Cincinnati and, 13 years later, call this home.  I came to Icon with over 20 years of Project Management experience which I use to balance our client deliverables and workload.  When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me corralling chickens, tearing out walls or walking around Ikea so that I get all my steps in.
